OUR ADMISSION PROCEDURE IS SIMPLE, SYSTEMATIC AND STRUCTURED

The academic year of the School is from June to April.  Summer break is during April and May, winter break is during December and January.   Admission inquiry and registration should ideally be made from January onwards.  Application forms can be obtained from the School office after approval by the Principal. Admissions are done based on the performance of the students in the Aptitude Analysis Test.  Decision on the eligibility and acceptance of a student is generally given on the same day.

All fees and payments must be made in accordance with the rules and regulations set out in the prospectus.  An initial payment is necessary at the time of admission.

In the event of a student failing to pursue his/her studies in the School after the admission, he/she has to forfeit the fees paid.

WITHDRAWALS

In the event of a parent wishing to withdraw his/her ward from the School, a written communication to that effect must be provided to the School not less than 3 months prior to the commencement of the new academic year.  In general, children will not be permitted to leave the School in the middle of an academic year.  However, under extraordinary circumstances, permission will be considered, provided sufficient notice (3 months) is given to the School. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in forfeiture of any funds and the non-issue of a transfer certificate.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

For LKG & UKG:  The original birth certificate and a photocopy of the same should be submitted at the time of admission.  The original will be returned immediately.

For classes I and above: The transfer certificate in original from the school last attended must be produced. Photocopies of birth certificate, community certificate and Aadhar Card are also essential.

Parents should provide medical records of their wards to the School in order to make special requirements for their wards, if any.

payment of Registration fees of Rs.1500/-(Rupees one thousand five hundred only)

Step 2 : Submitting filled-in application form along with the copy of Aadhaar card.(Application form will
be made available to you after registration)
Step 3 : Scrutiny of application form and fixation of date for entrance test by the School.
Step 4 : Confirmation of attendance from parent / guardian.
Step 5 : Conduct of entrance test, personal interview and results.
Step 6 : Payment of fees.
